| Description of the problem | While driving through a parking lot, the gray wastewater tank of the travel trailer fell off out from under the frame. One of the crossbars supporting the tank perpendicularly had failed. The tank, 7ft steel support (approx 15lbs), and other plastic piping components simply fell off from this failure and could have caused a catastrophic incident had this occurred at speed or on a major highway. It appears that the supporting straps or other steel elements found on the freshwater tank to help with extra support are not being included for the gray or black water tanks. |
